Since organizing in 2018, we’ve hosted 5K races to encourage movement for mental health, given back to our community through planned service projects, screened The Ripple Effect movie to area youth, welcomed special guest speakers to educate youth and adults about suicide and its impact, held multiple Q.P.R. trainings, began run clubs at local schools, spoken to multiple groups, sponsored non-profit events locally, and so much more!
